please note that all rates include daily basic housekeeping (except Sundays), weekly full housekeeping, utilities and wireless internet, but excludes 8% local VAT which is discounted when a cash payment is made.
extra services such as airport transfer, Sunday housekeeping, personal laundry or dry cleaning are available upon request.
we are a self-catering apartment so we do not offer meals (incl breakfasts); however, you always have the comfort of using our fully-equipped communal kitchen at our rooftop terrace and/or there are so many options in the neighborhood which serves great breakfasts and we gladly guide our guests to.
rates are subject to change during holidays or special events, such as christmas and new years.
